Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Systems/Network Engineer SME with over 20 years of hands-on experience, preferably in an intelligence community setting. The role requires proficiency with CISCO switches/routers/firewalls, Dell servers, network analysis tools like Wireshark, and security appliances such as Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience with CISCO switches/routers/firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to design and develop rack configurations drawings and network diagrams.
• Expertise with network security hardening and DoW environments.
• Network Troubleshooting and traffic analysis (Wireshark, Tripwire).
• Knowledge of security appliances (Palo Alto, HAIPE) and their architectures.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and similar tools.
