Oracle is seeking a senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead design, installation, and maintenance of systems and network infrastructure across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. The role independently analyzes performance trends, manages server capacity, and optimizes configurations and backups while coordinating upgrades to address security vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, OS, cloud infra, and network services.
• Develops engineering designs, configuration patterns, and technical standards to support performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Independently analyzes systems and network performance, manages server capacity, and optimizes configurations and backups.
• Coordinates middleware administration and the deployment, maintenance, and operation of internal applications.
• Oversees network configurations, reviewing code and configurations in tools such as Terraform and Ansible to deploy networks, routers, and security policies.
• Coordinates hardware maintenance, auditing, installation, provisioning, and upgrades, partnering with internal experts and vendors to resolve integration challenges.
• Monitors the performance and security of compute, storage, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and cloud network environments.
• Implements disaster recovery and incident response processes.
• Documents infrastructure standards and coordinates with operations to maintain production environments and meet service commitments.
