Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Oracle, seeks a senior Systems and Network Infrastructure Engineer to lead design, deployment, and operations across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will drive performance, security, and scalability while mentoring engineers and building automation.

Responsibilities include capacity planning, disaster recovery, and developing dashboards/telemetry to monitor health and reliability.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in network engineering, IT, computer science, or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, CE, or related field; 7+ years of experience alternative.
• Cloud computing experience deploying, managing, and securing cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, OS, cloud infrastructure, and network services.
• Develop engineering designs, configuration patterns, and technical standards for performance, security, and scalability.
• Analyze systems and network performance; manage server capacity and optimize configurations and backups.
• Coordinate middleware administration and deployment, maintenance, and operation of internal applications.
• Oversee network configurations; deploy networks, routers, and security policies using Terraform and Ansible.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance, upgrades, and vendor collaborations to resolve integration challenges.
• Monitor compute, storage, LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/VPN and cloud network environments for performance and security.
• Implement security policies, access controls, patch management, and DR planning.
• Investigate and resolve complex system and network issues with cross-functional teams.
