Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant technical support experience or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• IAT Level II certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Tier 2/3 support on complex incidents.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis with long-term fixes.
• Independently manage designated systems and programs.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical direction.
• Contribute to continuous service improvements and documentation.
• Develop system diagrams and knowledge base articles.
