Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator to support a large-scale facility relocation and integration program in Chantilly, VA. You will coordinate across IT, facilities, logistics, security, and mission partners to align requirements and drive execution.

You will gather and track technical and operational needs, manage schedules and risks, and brief senior leadership on progress, issues, and decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing large, complex facility relocations, consolidations, or technology moves.
• Experience coordinating programs involving multiple organizations, technical disciplines, stakeholders, and concurrent workstreams.
• Systems integration and project management experience, including requirements, schedules, risks, issues, and action-item management.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of driving activities from identification through completion.
• Proven self-starter who can identify gaps and engage the right stakeholders without direction.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical organizations and build relationships at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience facilitating meetings and developing project schedules and status reports.
• TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large-scale facility relocations, consolidations, and transitions involving technology, equipment, personnel, and operational requirements.
• Serve as the central coordination point across IT/network, facilities, logistics, engineering, security, end users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Gather, validate, document, and track technical, facility, organizational, and operational requirements through the project lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and issues across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Review facility plans, designs, equipment layouts, and related documentation for gaps and changes.
• Coordinate phased moves, equipment movement, staging, logistics, and readiness.
• Establish working groups and leadership briefings that communicate progress and decisions.
