Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transfer of data between multiple systems and stakeholders, ensuring data is accurate and timely.
• Manage requests across multiple systems, including tracking and reporting on status.
• Maintain historical knowledge of the program, including documentation of decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Manage documentation of business processes (e.g. notes, configuration management systems/processes).
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to track data and requests.
• Provide support to program personnel and stakeholders, including timely responses to inquiries.
