Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field as listed.
• 3–5+ years in systems integration or test engineering.
• Experience developing and executing test plans for complex systems.
• Experience with test equipment and data acquisition.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD, ISO, IPC or equivalents.
• Experience with test automation tools or scripting languages (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute integration and test procedures for hardware, software, and system components.
• Assemble and integrate subsystems into complete systems per specs.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria from requirements.
• Conduct functional, performance, environmental, and regression testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration issues and root causes.
• Support design reviews with input on testability and risks.
• Maintain documentation of test procedures and results for traceability.
