Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with digital manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to interface with executives and partners.
Responsibilities
- Participate in digital modernization assessments across the Organic Industrial Base facilities.
- Provide technical guidance and real-time feedback to OIB stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder needs into scoped modernization initiatives.
- Align with Gov Engagement on grant and proposal opportunities.
- Write technical deliverables for project documentation.
- Lead tours of the MxD factory floor.
