Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or CS.
- 10+ years in defense or aerospace.
- Experience in Systems Engineering processes and weapon system integration.
- Ability to communicate technical details clearly with SMEs and program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) and ensure system metrics align with objectives.
- Lead rigorous trade studies balancing mission capability, affordability and integration maturity.
- Collaborate with IPT architects to drive key decisions and architectural strategies.
- Guide cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges without direct hierarchical control.
- Translate complex technical details for SMEs and executive leadership.
