Nightwing is seeking an Engineering / Implementation Manager to lead design, implementation, integration, deployment, and transition of complex technology solutions. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, translate requirements into actionable plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with security and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading technical teams through complex implementations across multi-disciplinary environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and technology implementation lifecycles.
• Experience creating and managing implementation schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to coordinate across technical disciplines and organizational teams.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with customers, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan system architecture and implementation strategy.
• Coordinate integration of hardware, software, and services.
• Define configuration management plans.
• Conduct testing and troubleshoot defects and failures.
