Job summary

SNC is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to oversee complex integration tasks across aerospace and defense programs. You will manage requirements analysis, lead V&V activities, and drive software/hardware integration initiatives with a focus on robust configuration management and top-notch documentation.

The role demands expert problem solving, strong technical writing, and experience guiding multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in systems integration or related field.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Expert proficiency with integration tools and methodologies.
Proven leadership experience in systems integration.
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Progressive experience working in multidisciplinary design & development teams.
Demonstrated understanding and experience with requirements development and management, system design, systems integration, risk identification, management strategies, and V&V principles.
Ability to obtain and maintain United States secret security clearance

Responsibilities
