Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 9 years of related engineering experience, or Master’s in STEM with 7 years.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including first-level or higher people management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex technical solutions within cost/schedule constraints.
• Workforce and resource planning: forecasting staffing needs and end-to-end hiring decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
• Experience applying SE standards, tools, and processes on programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sections of the Systems Engineering organization, balancing people leadership with technical oversight.
• Align functional capabilities with program needs to enable cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance.
