Job summary

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Systems Engineering and Integration Lead to drive the workstream for Agile Professional Services tied to an Army solicitation. You will own requirements traceability, deliverables, schedules, and client decisions, coordinating with PM, QA, and operations to ensure delivery readiness.

The role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, rigorous documentation, and adherence to security gates and regulatory requirements within a government-facing project environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Systems Engineering and Integration Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Systems Engineering and Integration Lead workstream with traceability to performance requirements, security gates, deliverables, schedule, and evidence.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalated blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
