Job summary

The company in Boston is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead system-level development for wearable technology. You will define requirements, guide architecture, and ensure seamless integration across Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Signal Processing, and Product teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in electrical systems engineering or hardware design.

Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and manage system requirements, interfaces, and docs across the product lifecycle.
Collaborate across Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Signal Processing, Manufacturing, and Product teams.
Develop verification strategies and define test protocols with success metrics.
Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations to improve performance and manufacturability.
Identify risks, drive cross-functional resolution, and mentor engineers as the team grows.
Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally to collaborate with partners and suppliers.
