Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of non‑internship software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming in at least one language.
• 5+ years leading design or architecture of systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior engineers and drive development practices on a small team.
• Hands-on work, guiding architecture decisions, designs, reviews and implementation.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and explore new technologies.
• Communicate requirements, designs and product strategy to users and stakeholders.
