Job summary

Ennoble First is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support NGA in Gaithersburg, MD. You will design, integrate, and evolve mission-critical systems with DevSecOps, collaborating with software, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders.

You will lead systems engineering across lifecycle, manage requirements, architecture, and documentation, and ensure compliance with security standards while coordinating across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 8–12 years of experience, or Master's with 6–10 years.
• 8+ years of professional systems engineering experience.
• Experience with DoD/IC programs and security requirements.
• Active TS/SCI with poly and INCOSE certification are required.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to translate mission needs.
• Develop system architectures, interfaces, CONOPS, and docs.
• Perform functional analysis, allocation, and traceability.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate integration across multiple teams and partners.
• Support verification, design reviews, and CI/CD with DevSecOps.
