Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Education & Experience: multiple paths listed (HS+12y, Bachelor+7y, Master+5y, PhD+3y).
• Proven systems engineering lifecycle expertise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to derive detailed system requirements specifications.
• Lead system design and development, guiding integration of requirements and technologies.
• Guide stakeholders in requirement formulation, evaluate approaches, and perform feasibility studies.
• Incorporate new designs and baselines into ongoing systems while maintaining integrity.
• Author technical documentation and system architecture artifacts.
• Develop and evaluate SEMPs and System Integration and Test Plans.
• Interface with government overseers and cross-functional teams to resolve trade-offs.
