Qualifications

  • US Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required
  • Ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability
  • 10+ years of direct relevant experience in systems engineering and architecture development

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end mapping of technology identification, requirements development, and workflows across programs
  • Identify inputs, outputs, and dependencies for each phase of new technology insertion
  • Develop visual diagrams (process flows, swimlanes, maps) to show impact of changes
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate workflows and cross-functional impacts
  • Deliver visuals and documentation to support planning, compliance, and operations
  • Analyze impact on subdivisions and map dependencies between initiatives and teams
