Job summary

DigiFlight, Inc. seeks a senior Systems Engineer to lead end-to-end mapping of new technology identification, requirements, and workflows for complex government programs, requiring TS/SCI clearance.

You will develop visual diagrams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, validate diagrams with cross-agency teams, and deliver actionable visuals to leadership, leveraging SAFe/DevSecOps experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability.
• 10+ years of direct relevant experience in systems engineering and architecture development.
• Knowledge of IT fields including systems and networking engineering, analytics, threat hunt tools, cloud tech, and databases.
• Experience with cyber-security attack-mitigation techniques and cybersecurity architecture.
• Experience with SELC processes, Change Management, requirements management, traceability.
• Understanding of Government Information Security policies and regulations.
• Ability to collaborate across agencies and locations.
• Knowledge/experience with SAFe or lean Agile.
• Agile Systems Engineering or DevSecOps/DevOps experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mapping of new technology identification, requirements development, and workflows.
• Identify and document inputs, outputs, and dependencies for each phase of new technology insertion.
• Develop visual diagrams (process flows, swimlanes, dependency maps) to illustrate impact.
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to validate workflows and cross-functional impacts.
• Delivering actionable visuals and documentation to support planning, compliance, and readiness.
• Documenting current and defining future state workflows.
• State workflows and processes; identify inputs, outputs, and key activities.
• Map dependencies between initiatives, systems, and teams.
• Create end-to-end workflow diagrams and swimlanes.
• Validate diagrams with stakeholders.
• Analyze impact on subdivisions/branches; identify gaps and recommend changes.
• Deliver final visuals and documentation to leadership.
