CACI International Inc is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to work with a talented team delivering a complex software application into operations, primarily supporting the operations for a software system.

Requires active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in software development or systems engineering, and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies. The role involves coordinating across teams, developing requirements, and supporting formal government testing events.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams
• Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc.
• Developing test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell off events
• Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions
• Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities
• Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards
• Conducting testing events of software solutions and generating Test result documentation
• Supporting operations of software with tasks such as enterprise test events and user integration and onboarding
