Qualifications

• Tier 2–4 level support for technology products and applications.
• Lead Linux server and workstation engineering efforts.
• Configure and manage VMware vCenter and NSX-T.
• Coordinate engineering projects with risk assessment and conflict resolution.
• Operate Active Directory, DNS, DFS and DHCP.
• Maintain DISA STIGs to meet security posture.
• Support and maintain infrastructure environments.
• Work with Splunk, Check_MK, McAfee EPO and BitLocker in operations.
• Manage requirements using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2–4 support and problem resolution.
• Lead Linux server/workstation engineering efforts.
• Manage VMware vCenter and NSX-T configurations.
• Coordinate projects and assess technical risks.
• Maintain AD, DNS, DFS, DHCP services.
