L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering – Mission Systems to lead requirements, development support and integration across multiple platforms.

The role requires active DoD clearance, experience through full build cycles, and collaboration with customers, engineers and architects to deliver mission-critical operator interfaces. You will document issues in Jira/Confluence and support bid efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with 6+ years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required, ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance is a must.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operator Interfaces in a Systems or Software Engineering capacity.
• Write capability/product requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with customer, system engineers and system architects to develop requirements.
• Test and troubleshoot Operator Interfaces on various platforms and programs.
• Provide communications to software developers to explain requirements and use cases when needed.
