Job summary
CACI/Space's Radar and Sensor Technologies group in Ypsilanti, Michigan, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to help define requirements and architect software for a primary government program. You will be at the forefront of developing systems that keep our nation safe and enable space-enabled technologies.
Based in Ypsilanti, the role requires US citizenship with Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph, full-time on-site work, and collaboration across teams to shape architectures, testing
Qualifications
- US citizenship with active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or four years of relevant experience.
- 10+ years of systems engineering and/or software development experience.
- Knowledge of signal processing.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Transform algorithm definitions and prototypes into robust software applications.
- Collaborate with radar/electro-optical and research scientists to improve image product quality.
- Provide systems engineering and enterprise architecture support to USG customers.
- Translate signals and architecture into working code with software engineers.
- Develop standard and repeatable processes to support new capabilities.
- Support engineering review boards and resolve issues promptly.
