Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Ypsilanti, MI to lead systems engineering and software development efforts for space and radar programs. You will convert algorithm definitions into robust software and collaborate with scientists to enhance image quality.

Qualifications

US citizenship with an active Top Secret /SCI clearance and Polygraph is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; or 4 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of experience in system engineering and/or software development.
Knowledge of signal processing and related techniques.
Experience with Scrum/Agile development and Jira.

Responsibilities

Take algorithm definitions and prototypes and convert them into robust software applications.
Collaborate with radar/electro-optical and research scientists to solve issues and improve image quality.
Provide systems engineering and enterprise architecture support to USG customers.
Translate signals and architecture into working code with software engineers.
Develop repeatable processes to support development and integration of new capabilities.
