Job summary

RBR-Technologies, located at Fort Meade, MD, seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance to support DoD-focused systems engineering and cybersecurity initiatives.

Lead a team of engineers, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure system resiliency while collaborating with government partners. On-site work, competitive benefits, and mission-focused impact are offered.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Minimum 15 years of System Engineering experience (BS counts 4 years and MS adds 2).
• Relevant BS degree in STEM field.
• 6 years as a System Engineer lead with experience leading, managing, and collaborating with broad range of organizations and groups and teams.
• Zero Trust experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity assessments of large-scale DoD systems with an Offensive Cyber Operations mindset.
• Conduct long-term vulnerability assessments leveraging systems engineering principles and documentation.
• Verify and validate security requirements and capabilities; incorporate resiliency concepts into acquisition documents.
• Evaluate contractor proposals for system resiliency, security, and cyber considerations.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of Systems Engineers and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Engage with customers to gain insights and documentation to advance mission goals.
