Job summary

CEdge Inc in the United States seeks a Senior-Level Systems Architect to lead architectures for complex government and enterprise solutions. This onsite role in Chantilly or Springfield, VA requires TS/SCI clearance and involves guiding architects to deliver scalable designs.

You will promote MBSE practices and DoDAF alignment, mentor peers, and ensure requirements traceability across the enterprise. A masters or equivalent experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT/MIS or related STEM field, or equivalent senior-level experience as a Systems Architect.
• 12 years' relevant experience can be substituted for a degree.
• 12+ years in government or industry with DoDAF and PAG guidance.
• TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly.
• Master’s degree in CS/IT/MIS or related STEM field.
• MBSE processes, tools, and languages knowledge.
• Federated Enterprise Architect certification (e.g., Certified Enterprise Architect).
• UAF knowledge.
• GEOINT data workflows and systems (e.g., GIMS, NCL).
• Imagery products standards knowledge.
• SAFe familiarity.
• SDLC experience spanning requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to mid-level and junior-level architects in design, development, maintenance, and documentation of solution architectures.
• Guide analysis of user requirements to identify automation and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling to inform design choices.
• Advise on proposed changes to architecture designs based on requirements and emerging tech.
