Radiance Technologies is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join our team. You'll tackle complex decision-making challenges, mentor teams, and drive engineering excellence across projects while interfacing with leadership and stakeholders.

You will shape requirements, analyze systems, and develop tools to optimize technical delivery, producing detailed reports and visualizations that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with complex engineering programs.
• 10+ years supporting the intelligence community.
• 10+ years guiding and assisting senior military officers and executives.
• Master's degree in STEM field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define/refine requirements and analyze datasets to inform key decisions.
• Develop tools and processes to optimize technical delivery.
• Create detailed reports and visualizations for leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and management to refine approaches.
