Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 / SETA Test Coordinator to manage contractual and programmatic test events across multiple Government teams and vendors. The role coordinates high-visibility test events and provides timely status updates to Government leads.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience coordinating schedule-driven, multi-team activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Experience working with Government teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to escalate appropriately to Government Leads (ART Leads and CORs).
• Proficiency supporting requirements validation and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central facilitator of contractual and programmatic test events across Government teams and vendors.
• Coordinate high-visibility, staggered test events across full test life cycle.
• Provide timely status updates to Government Leads and stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, issues, and risks.
• Liaise between vendor, integrator, development, and testing teams for effective communication.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve testing issues and defects.
• Centralize presentation of test-event data across teams and vendors.
• Create SOPs and templates for Government use.
• Coordinate environment setup and test closures across life cycle.
