Perform hands‑on testing and integration of hardware and software, with a focus on systems running Linux‑based operating environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve system‑level issues related to software, hardware, and operating systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to identify and address technical challenges.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and reports in accordance with program requirements.
Support system‑level test readiness reviews, test execution, and post‑test analysis.
Integrate and test radar system software builds in a String/HWIL facility on representative hardware.
Complete system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and program‑specific processes.
Willingness to support up to 15% domestic travel.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, Shell scripting, Linux, and/or Unix. Experience with hardware and/or software testing in an engineering lab environment. Experience with networking principles.

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
