Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Experience across design, integration, test, operations, maintenance.
• MBSE and OPIR domain knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of a system lifecycle (CONOPS, requirements, architecture, design, development, integration, test, operations, maintenance)
• Maintain and develop system artifacts (requirements, architecture designs, ICDs, use cases, system flow diagrams, test plans)
• Conduct/Support Technical Interchange Meetings with stakeholders
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams, government teams, and vendors for resolution
• Support additional activities such as special studies
• Interface with customer with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and fill leadership role when needed
