Qualifications

• US Citizenship with active Secret or TS/SCI at time of application.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–9 years of systems engineering experience.
• Proficiency with modeling and simulation environments.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing modeling, simulation, and analysis activities to evaluate system performance.
• Developing system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, and technical specifications.
• Conducting engineering trade studies to inform design decisions.
• Supporting system architecture development and MBSE products.
• Preparing detailed technical documentation, briefings, and analysis results.
• Leading subsystem-level integration and coordinating across technical disciplines.
• Supporting test planning, V&V, and performance evaluation using analytical and simulation tools.
• Identifying technical risks, gaps, and dependencies in system designs.
• Improving and maintaining engineering models, baselines, and processes.
• Mentoring junior engineers on modeling and analysis tools.
