KBR, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer Level IV to provide advanced systems engineering leadership across the full lifecycle of space and aerospace systems supporting U.S. Government programs.

You will develop requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and mission execution to meet objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience across full systems engineering lifecycle.
• Familiarity with requirements tools (e.g., DOORS, MBSE).
• Understanding of aerospace/space system architectures.
• Experience supporting government programs.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end systems engineering activities from concept development through mission operations.
• Develop, decompose, and manage system and subsystem requirements with traceability.
• Conduct system-level trade studies and architecture development.
• Integrate multidisciplinary subsystems into cohesive system design.
• Support design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR).
• Lead verification and validation (V&V) planning and execution.
• Support integration, test, and evaluation (I&T).
• Coordinate with program management on cost and schedule alignment.
• Interface with government customers and subcontractors.
• Develop and deliver technical briefings and documentation.
