Job summary

Bna Inc is looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to plan, coordinate, and oversee the development of systems for the U.S. Census Bureau. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience. This role requires expertise in systems engineering management and scaled agile methodologies.

The Lead Systems Engineer will be responsible for technical integration and documentation, driving the Implementation Plan, and supervising teams. A robust benefits package includes medical plans, training programs, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience providing technical and management leadership on major systems engineering assignments.
• Expert experience in systems engineering management across the full system development and operational lifecycle.
• Strong background implementing scaled agile methodologies in large, multi-team programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain systems engineering management process documentation.
• Create and maintain the Integration and Implementation Plan (IIP).
• Coordinate technical integration across Decennial stakeholders and third-party contractors.
• Drive the implementation of scaled agile methodologies.
