Job summary

LMI is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to design, integrate, validate, and sustain enterprise IT capabilities across secure facilities. The role spans networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, applications, data, and operations with a focus on secure, scalable, and testable systems.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in complex enterprise IT systems, with experience in classified environments, risk frameworks, and senior leadership advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing, integrating, or sustaining complex enterprise IT systems.
• Experience managing requirements, interfaces, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Enumerate and document technical baseline across sites and enclaves.
• Translate needs into clear, traceable system requirements.
• Develop current/transition/target state system designs across domains.
• Define boundaries, interfaces, data flows, and performance requirements.
• Perform analyses and trade studies on capability, security, cost, and risk.
• Develop and execute integration, verification, and acceptance plans.
• Maintain configurations, baselines, and documentation.
• Coordinate with leads, operators, security, and stakeholders.
• Develop automated provisioning and testing methods to improve consistency.
