Job summary

Blue Sky Innovative Solutions seeks an experienced enterprise systems engineer with COMSEC expertise to advise government and CSPs on secure circuit connections, authorizations, and tactical edge integration at Fort Meade.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8140 knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with DoD partners, perform COMSEC analysis per CNSSI 4009, and document integration approaches across classified environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of enterprise systems engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Meets DoD 8140 requirements for Work Role 651 or 723.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert COMSEC analysis per CNSSI 4009.
• Coordinate with DoD partners on circuit connections and Provisional Authorizations.
• Support testing for tactical edge devices and infrastructure.
• Document integration approaches and maintain configuration/integration docs.
• Analyze system performance metrics and lead technical working groups.
