Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego is seeking a senior SE&I leader to manage systems engineering for complex programs. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee requirements development, and drive milestone reviews from concept to CDR while coordinating with customers and subs contractors.

You will ensure a robust technical baseline, manage risks, and support proposals for new activities, with travel up to 10% and a Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 14+ years or advanced degrees with commensurate experience.
Experience leading milestone reviews (e.g. SRR, PDR, CDR, FCA) and managing technical baselines.
Active Government Secret or higher clearance completed within 6 years or in Continuous Evaluation.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of SE&I engineers and managers across IFC, R&V, Architecture and Integration.
Oversee SE&I execution of cost, schedule and technical baselines for the program.
Coordinate with program management, customers and subcontractors.
Prepare proposals and baseline planning for new activities; support risk management.
