Job summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center under the 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform contract.
The role performs and manages systems engineering activities across requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, and sustainment, while also serving as a scrum master for a software development team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in engineering or related field with strong software/system background.
- 12+ years in software development or systems engineering or related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Experience creating design packages, workflows, and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering activities across requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, and sustainment.
- Perform in-time sprint and release planning with the team; manage risks and impediments.
- Collaborate with engineers and government counterparts across disciplines.
- Support GPU-enabled systems architecture and related software stacks.
- Serve as Scrum Master for development team and drive continuous improvement.
