Job summary

Integrity-Communications-Solutions-Inc is seeking a Senior Satellite Communications Systems Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO. The role focuses on developing, validating, testing, and deploying protected SATCOM products, with emphasis on AEHF IP collaboration and coalition planning.

The candidate should have 7+ years in SATCOM, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and be willing to relocate. Travel to Canada, The Netherlands, UK, and Australia is expected, with 24/7 on-call support

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field; one year of education may substitute for one year of experience.
• Minimum 7 years of SATCOM experience, with preference for MILSATCOM.
• Active US Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Willingness to relocate to the Colorado Springs area; commuting distance to Peterson SFB.
• Domestic and international travel is required; on-call responsibilities may require non-standard schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support a U.S. Space Force Satellite Operations Squadron’s ally-focused center.
• Provide SATCOM support in operations, planning, crypto, testing, and analysis.
• Ensure export control and data separation for U.S. and allied systems.
• Interface with operations authorities, support centers, and stakeholders to coordinate efforts.
• Conduct troubleshooting with system users and coordinate during anomalies.
• Deliver AEHF familiarization courses and participate in training presentations.
