Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Civil, Electrical, or Marine Engineering.
5+ years’ post-graduate experience in a collaborative engineering/construction environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and mitigate risks in submarine construction projects.
Lead risk mitigation meetings for various project levels.
Provide engineering review for risk assessments and mitigation methods.
Ensure engineering engagement in construction-related learning sessions.
Provide oversight of engineering surveillances during construction and testing evolutions.
Coordinate Senior Management Review Teams for complex tasks.
