Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements derivation, development, and management.
• Proven expertise in system verification and validation.
• Experience with systems engineering tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, decompose, and derive system and subsystem requirements.
• Lead system verification planning, test case development, and verification execution.
• Ensure requirements traceability using systems engineering tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar).
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and integration engineers.
• Support design reviews, technical analyses, and risk assessments.
• Contribute to architecture development and system modeling as needed.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Engage in problem-solving during development and integration phases.
• Support PNT-related system design, algorithm understanding, or integration tasks (desired).
