Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team in Boulder, Colorado. This on-site role supports defense and national security programs and requires a current active clearance or the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

You will contribute to all phases of the system lifecycle and mentor junior engineers, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance program outcomes and deliverables.

Qualificações

• Active secret clearance required; TS/SCI may be counted for eligibility.
• 8+ years of experience across lifecycle phases and disciplines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to all phases of the system lifecycle from CONOPS to maintenance.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to ensure clear technical messaging.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical work when required.
