Jobot is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer for Navy programs in Manassas, VA. This on-site, permanent role leads requirements, architecture, ICDs, and V&V on integrated hardware/software systems for submarines, carriers, and shore platforms.

We are a defense technology company delivering mission-critical systems to the U.S. Navy. Our engineering teams develop prototype and production systems for submarines, aircraft carriers, and shore-based platforms, working in our own labs and alongside Navy customers and industry partners.
You will lead systems engineering activities across the full development life cycle, including requirements, architecture, interfaces, integration, and verification and validation. You will own technical work end to end, resolve stakeholder conflicts, brief Navy customers, and mentor junior systems engineers.
