Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active and transferable DoD Secret clearance required before start; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity models and simulations to support missile design and flight test activities.
• Design and implement modeling solutions for evaluating system performance.
• Collaborate with GNC, Signal Processing, and Systems Engineering teams on simulation activities.
• Analyze results and provide recommendations affecting architecture and design decisions.
• Support lifecycle from concept to fielded operations; present findings in reviews and briefings.
• Mentor junior engineers within a collaborative environment.
