Job summary

EverWatch is seeking a Junior Engineer in Maryland to translate customer needs into technical specs and drive the development of secure, mission-focused systems. You will work across teams to build capabilities for the Intelligence Community, expanding into AI, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.

The role requires at least 1 year in engineering, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a background in system design, integration, and support. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of engineering experience.
• Experience with level 1 restoration using SOPs and tickets.
• Experience monitoring mission systems continuously.
• Experience capturing requirements and leading design activities.
• Troubleshooting and outage tracking coordination.
• Ability to collaborate between leadership, government, and dev teams.
• Provide user support and manage system access controls.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• HS Diploma or GED.
