Job summary

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 5+ years substitution.
20+ years of Systems Engineering experience on large programs.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing system requirements.
Knowledge of DoD processes, architectures, and security standards.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle systems engineering activities across requirements, architecture, integration, verification, deployment, and sustainment.
Develop and trace system requirements to operational needs and architectural frameworks (DoDAF/SOA).
Create and maintain SE artifacts: SEPs, ICDs, interface docs, and system baselines.
Coordinate IPTs, CCBs, and engineering forums; support risk management and trade studies.
Develop test strategies, evaluation criteria, and acceptance methods for compliance.
