Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to provide direct technical guidance for the Next Generation Missile Defense Site Integration Lead. You will coordinate with the Customer, external stakeholders, and prime contractors to ensure seamless integration of weapon systems and tests.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a BS in Engineering with 10+ years of experience (MS preferred), and strong collaboration skills across multi-organizational teams.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of MDA Missile Defense System (MDS).
• Experience across weapon system design, integration, and test.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering guidance to the Integration Office Site Integration Lead.
• Coordinate with Customer, external Stakeholders, and IPT/WG groups.
• Collaborate with Spectrum Management and Air Space managers and SMEs.
• Manage technical aspects of weapon system design and integration activities.
• Present reports to senior/executive leadership.
• Attend design reviews and technical interchanges.
• Develop presentations for leadership.
