Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
Strong understanding of power electronics and power distribution for microgrids.
Knowledge of NEC and risk assessment processes.
Experience with requirement management tools like JAMA/DOORS/Jira, CAMEO.

Responsibilities

Integrate market and product strategy into technology and systems architecture, requirements, and development plans.
Collaborate with SMEs to develop hardware and controls software integration.
Leverage simulation to drive technology decisions and future product directions.
Lead DFMEA processes for system and component functions.
Coordinate testing to verify and validate performance and functionality.
Assess TRL levels and risk mitigation plans.
