Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Systems to join our Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI.

You will lead systems engineering for microgrid components and data center power distribution, using model-based simulations to define architecture and development requirements. You will specify power generation and storage components, implement controls software concepts, and work across internal teams and external agencies to ensure innovative, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of power electronics and power distribution for microgrids.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
• Experience with DFMEA/FMEA
• Experience with requirement management tools (JAMA/DOORS/CAMEO/Jira).

Responsibilities

• Integrate market and product strategy into technology and systems architecture.
• Develop hardware and controls software integration requirements.
• Lead system-level performance simulations to drive decisions.
• Lead development of DFMEA processes for system and component levels.
• Coordinate testing to verify and validate performance.
• Create detailed requirements and architecture diagrams.
• Lead risk registry and risk mitigation planning.
• Assess TRL levels for key technologies and guide project paths.
