Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in system design, integration, verification, and troubleshooting of complex multidisciplinary products.
• Experience with requirements management, interfaces, and verification documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and manage subsystem requirements, specifications, interfaces, and verification strategies.
• Lead system integration activities and drive resolution of complex technical issues across hardware, software, manufacturing, service, and supplier interfaces.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical efforts throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through release and sustaining engineering.
• Develop and execute system-level test plans, analyze results, and ensure traceability between requirements, design, and verification activities.
• Support product risk management activities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Drive technical projects and ensure alignment across engineering disciplines, suppliers, product management, manufacturing, quality, and field organizations.
• Communicate technical recommendations, decisions, and results effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
