Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant engineering experience or Master's degree with 2+ years.
• Experience in medical devices is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, electromechanical and software engineering.
• Understanding of internet-connected devices and cyber security.
• Familiar with risk-based analysis and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work with global multi-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across product lifecycle from feasibility to post-market.
• Capture requirements from user needs, regulatory standards, and other stakeholders.
• Develop design concepts, manage requirements and risks, and maintain DHF elements.
• Drive traceability, system integration, and verification/validation of medical devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Create and maintain risk mitigation strategies and impact assessments.
• Resolve technical issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Provide direction on design concepts and mitigation of roadblocks.
• Ensure delivery aligns with project plans and customer needs.
